Class of 2025: Vivian joined the newspaper staff this year. In the newsroom, she would like to pursue reporting, interviewing, and feature writing. She plans to write a multitude of different pieces, consisting of anything from information articles to persuasive essays. Vivian also has a preference for reporting information concerning the arts, education-related news, and competitions; an important goal of hers is to be able to keep others in the school up-to-date on the community. When approaching her staff role, Vivian’s top priorities are spreading important information and writing about the various passions of the BASIS community; her original incentive to join the newspaper was to be able to practice public writing and propagate news. She also hopes to have fun and experience writing for a regular publication.
